Don McLean tour 2025 announced: Don McLean will celebrate the 50th anniversary of his hit "American Pie" and album of the same name with a world tour in 2022.
"After spending the last 18 months at home, I'm excited to hit the road again with my band," McLean said in a statement. "2022 will mark the 50th anniversary of American Pie landing at number one on the Billboard charts, and we will celebrate with a year-long tour. We'll perform all the songs from the American Pie album, as well as many other hits that fans have been waiting for."
The tour itinerary is exactly what you'd expect from a 76-year-old who can perform anywhere he wants. It opens with three nights in Honolulu, Hawaii, then spends five days on the Rock Legends cruise in the Caribbean. He performs in both big cities (New York, New York) and small ones (Grand Rapids, Michigan), though he doesn't spend much time in these less tropical places.

Don McLean 2025 tickets go on sale Friday, December 17. Presale will begin Tuesday, December 14 .
